I agree. The rules are exceptional that choosing becomes a problem. Thanks for your input.Laura Lee wrote: ↑02 Jan 2020, 10:36 LOL -- Great question! It's really hard to narrow it down to one. Rule #1 (Men Only) seems to go hand-in-glove with rules #6 (Bathing Optional) and #9 (To Go Al Fresco is to Touch the Face of God.)
On a personal level, I appreciate the challenge of Rule #3: Go Beyond Your Limits. (Perhaps that's why, so often, they returned with injuries?) LOL

That's right. It's like gauging ones ability to do something.

I love that one. So far the narrator seems to be the one wearing the pink bracelet most times.

I know, right?! Being a man doesn't mean you are not human or don't have feelings.Melissa Breen wrote: ↑02 Jan 2020, 13:12 That was my least favourite rule as it is ridiculous that the idea of wearing pink would be immasculating, as is the idea that feeling pain makes you less of a man

I agree with you. Sometimes, a little vulnerability is permissible in a man.Nerea wrote: ↑02 Jan 2020, 12:53Oooh, I get it now. But it's a dangerous belief, especially to men. Don't you think?!LeDiplomatique wrote: ↑02 Jan 2020, 04:40I believe its an ego thing or maybe because naturally, a man is supposed to bring solutions to the problems, not to complain about them.

I used to play in a soccer team in which the person caught complaining the most was given a baby's dummy to wear around their neck during training. Same principle but maybe without the gender connotations?Melissa Breen wrote: ↑02 Jan 2020, 13:12 That was my least favourite rule as it is ridiculous that the idea of wearing pink would be immasculating, as is the idea that feeling pain makes you less of a man

Yeah. I pitted the character who wore the bracelet most of the times. The bracelet loved him for sure. lol
