The pink bracelet rule seems only a tad bit sexist but still funny. The bathing optional is so true and funny at the same time.

Yeah, I agree with you. It´s funny but at the same time a bad metaphor because they relate pink to woman and then to weak. I don´t think it was a good message. :|

I like "Go beyond your limits ". It encourages one to push farther. I also think its a good rule to apply in real life settings.

Even I found the quote,"he who whines loudest wears the pink bracelet." I was laughing my head off.

A cheap strike at the feminine gender. I wonder if the undertone can cause a gender war.

I like travel under your own power and go beyond your limit. These two quotes are really powerful and I intend to adopt them into my life.

Yes I really like both of these! I think they can be applied in day to day life as well as just within the missions

I have been trying to imagine one of the guys trekking with a sprained foot and claiming he is okay while the pain escalates. It's a manly thing though, a girl would scream the hills down.
I agree. It's like men are meant to keep their pain to themselves   But why?
There is a notion that men are supposed to be stronger. As a rule, men are physically stronger. So it makes sense to be seen as being emotionally stronger too.
The book to read is not the one that thinks for you, but the one which makes you think.

I actually loved that quote,'Whoever whines loudest wears the pink bracelet'. I would actually never whine at all with that rule in place

Mine has to be that too: 'he who whines loudest wears the pink bracelet'. I shows whining as so feminine and discourages men from actually whining.

I find the rule 'He who whines loudest wears the pink bracelet' to be not just hilarious but also like another way of saying 'men don't cry'.

It is not unconnected, however, to the rule I identify with the most. Rule number 3 which says 'Go beyond your limits'. I may just add 'don't whine while at it'.

He Who Whines Loudest Wears the Pink Bracelet. This sounds so interesting to hear. I also like “go beyond your limit“. This is like a drive to have fun and have a good time. I learnt about the characters and their person life. „Travel under your own power“ is another rule I like.
