What did you think of how this book constantly switched between the "present" action of the missions and flashbacks?

I loved it. I found it very interesting, clever way to keep the action focus on the missions but, at the same time, give the continuation needed for the story. I really enjoyed this book and the style was one of the reasons for it.

Yes, the author really did a great job at that. Even when I lost track at some point I was till able to understand the characters used in this book.
