I honestly didn’t like Vicky throughout the beginning, till almost the end, of the book. But I do agree, that once I read her story she became another person. She wasn’t just that irritating girl, but a lonely person that is used as a means to an end by her own father. That is messed up.

Yes, Vikki is quite innocent. She had to play the part of someone who she is actually not for such a long time!

It also concerned me that they utilize Carly's ability to heal to really take her to the edge of death... it seems like they were pretty comfortable with it and them using it to bring a victim that close to death, to heal them to torture them more.
