Running her a bath and giving her food show that his hatred for her is gone.

As for the others they seemed desperate to try and save Carlys father. She seemed to be part of tgst
Which is a valid point. It's strange to see Adam as the "voice of reason" in this situation, especially considering everything else he had done...

Yes, Vikki is quite innocent. She had to play the part of someone who she is actually not for such a long time!

He must have felt guilty for her after all, she is his half-sister.

yeah I have a feeling it would have gone pretty much the same regardless. And I'm still upset about Carly's wardrobe change just for the occasion.
Yeah just like Betty from Riverdale.
Hmm I've heard of the show, but not too familiar with it.
It is based on the Archie Comics but is much darker!

I'm probably most curious about what happens with her.

Now THAT's shocking! Adam feeling guilt? although, i am sure he will find a way to blame Carly for it.

It also concerned me that they utilize Carly's ability to heal to really take her to the edge of death... it seems like they were pretty comfortable with it and them using it to bring a victim that close to death, to heal them to torture them more.
That's an effective form of torture for sure!
For sure!
Definitely.

It would be quite the twist if Carly and co end up being the bad guys the entire time.
Yeaf, it would be very interesting and definitely one worth seeing.
Talk about a M. Night Shyamalan twist!
Yeah that would be great!

I am assuming that would affect sales though?
Cant say for sure, but approx it should go down as the target audience decreases.
yeah, sales aren't my forte
YA novels are sure popular.

Hopefully mature enough to realize that some of these characters are the heroes that are painted out to be!
You mean not the heroes?
Oops! Yes haha
Yeah such mature adults are welcome!

Right? I definitely needed a palate cleanser after reading Opaque!
That's necessary haha. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Espcially since the book I had read before Opaque was another stinker... actually it was similar in the sense that I was reading a cool YA book and being duped by misrepresentation haha
Which one was it?
