Recently read this book because it was recommended to me by a friend on facebook. Was really surprised because I wasn't sure if I was going to like it because it was about polygamy and it seemed a little odd. Still, I read it because my friends had and I'm so glad I did. It made me think about how I reviewed marriage and love.

I really liked the idea of Faith Unions and wondered if anyone else had read it and what they thought of those kind of relationships?

I read this book and liked it because I thought it was a good example of a book which deals with different sexualities in a completely different way. Lots of the characters slept with both men and women and I liked how this wasn't a big deal. I also thought it was really interesting the way some characters got jealous and some characters got upset but others really liked their lifestyle and wouldn't have changed it.

I liked the idea of having lots of different husbands - totally wish James and Jack were my husbands but then I didn't think in reality I would actually be able to control the jealousy. I'd like the extra husbands but not sure how I'd feel about my husband having other wives lol.

I read it because the cover caught my eye and was quite surprised to find that I liked it. I really enjoyed the book but it did not convince me that Polygamy something I would want. I connected more with those characters who were fighting against it. The ones who wished they had chosen a different life.

Who was your favourite out of the Union/Family? My favourite was Jules because I really liked the level of her devotion.

I think mine are probably Victoria and Nicki are mine, also Luisa. I think their vulnerability makes it make sense why they would have joined the Union. I like the way Victoria finds salvation in the group marriage.
