A Submissive Journey: Second Semester is a novel by Jose Saco (pen name). It is the second book in the series and follows Kristy's journey through her second semester at Wexton Academy, a prestigious private high school. As the novel builds on the previous book, it cannot be understood as a standalone.

A new school term comes with new challenges and adventures. But to Kristy and her roommates, there remains one serious unsolved business from the previous semester. The perpetrators who raped her and her roommate, Vanessa, are yet to be put to justice. Follow these teenagers' lives once again as they seek justice and try to keep up with Wexton Academy's demanding curriculum, even as they explore more ways to satisfy their teenage sexual needs.

There were several things I liked about this book. First, I liked that the author gave more details about the characters' backgrounds, most of which were not provided in the first book. This enabled me to understand them better. Second, this book had some interesting developments as well as drama-filled moments. The high-tension moments kept me glued as I waited to uncover how the characters would solve them. Third, I liked the turns and twists I encountered at various junctures, and they were full of pleasant surprises, as I could not have predicted them earlier. Fourth, I liked that several loose ends from the previous book were nicely tied in this sequel, enabling readers to discover the fates of some characters. This made the ending satisfactory. However, not all questions were answered, and they can form the basis of another sequel.

Overall, I immensely enjoyed this book and didn't find anything to dislike about it. I found only a few objective errors, which were not enough to influence my final rating. I am, therefore, glad to give A Submissive Journey: Second Semester by Jose Saco five out of five stars, as I greatly enjoyed it and had nothing negative to single out.

I highly recommend this book to fans of erotica and stories featuring teenage adventures. The novel has explicit sex scenes, including consensual bondage sex. It also makes use of a strong language. This makes it more suitable for a mature audience and any other reader who cannot be affected by such.
