I just wanted to share with you all a book that is very different. I have read lot's of vampire books and have become tired of many of them. There is a book called the vampire with the pink handbag by Sharee Greene. This book touches on so many things, it's multicultural, has gay and straight characters and creates a vampire world we have not seen yet.

The book is heavy on emotion and shows this relationship that is completely complex. The lead characters are two gay vampire boys and one is in denial about his sexuality. It's sexy- yet dark, also funny at times, it's a rollercoaster ride of emotions. This book could be loved by teens and adults. Give it a read, the author is new and independent.
