Positive Energy by Dr. Judith Orloff is a good read. In an encouraging voice, Dr. Orloff gives us ten prescriptions to improve our lives; battling negative people or "energy vampires" as she calls them, boosting energy and improving relationships are a major goal of this book. Each chapter is followed by personal secrects from such stars as Larry King, Jamie Lee Curtis, Quincy Jones etc. I really liked this book and have been using many of Dr. Orloff's techniques.
