The thought of "what the Earth you’re leaving for your grandchildren will be like" has visited me and I like the challenge of "How far outside the box are you willing to think and venture to secure for them a better, healthier future?". So this is a book for me, especially as I sort of feel like Ella myself, old and young at the same time.
Thank you for the passionate review!

The main character strikes me as quite unique. I mean it boggles the mind to imagine a "delightfully mischievous Elder". You wrote a wonderful review by the way, it looks an interesting book.

I like stories that have older protagonists. I think I would like this one even better if Ella were an actual elderly person with elderly person issues rather than an "elderly person" with approximately the same constitution as person in their early middle years. Still, the story sounds interesting and I will probably take a look at it. Thank you for your insightful review.

Days of Future Found is a book about revealing the future before anything before it actually happens. It tells of the climate changes. In decades to come, natural disasters worldwide. It also tells further of no heroes or action scenes here, though there is a touch of intrigue. A look into the future could be great.

This will be the very first book I am seeing that doesn't have any heroes or heroines. I will sure like to read more of this book.

This is a story that takes place in Earth's near future, where no one did much to control climate change. Now senior citizens are living in group apartments, being given 'food' and nutritional supplements, along with everything else they may need. This book follows several people telling their own stories. There seems to also be a bit of intrigue mixed in, as some elders tend to disappear, then someone moves right in the next day. Good review, and interestingly different book.

Your review gave a rich summary of the story, which I would need to approach this type of novel. While I can appreciate the creativity that is invested in this genre, I would likely lose focus on the characters, and instead pay more attention to their environment and how it got to its current state. I doubt this would be one of the first books I would choose to read, but thank you for the explanation of the plot and attention to detail you put into your review.

I am a huge fan of the post-apocalyptic sci-fi genre. I would like to explore more Ella's mutation which gives her special abilities. I am surprised that there are no main hero or action scenes in the book. Now that is something different. I hope it will satisfy my hunger for a good sci-fi story. Thanks for the review.

Undecided about this one. At one hand I really liked premise described in review, but at the other - I am severely discouraged to read this book by Average Reviewer Rating: 2.6 out of 4. Too low in my opinion, but than again I do love post-apocalyptic scenarios.

This sounds like an interesting story, it presents an intriguing idea of what could happen to society if parts of the Planet become uninhabitable because of climate change. And the review is well done.

This book certainly gets one thinking about what they are currently doing to their environment and how this will affect the generations to come. I love how this book explores issues that are the same as those present now. I would love to read this book.
