From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel about a group of travel writers that come together in Central America to promote ecotourism. However, with armed guards, a language barrier and being in a remote and potentially hostile section of the rain forest, it might be more than what these writers were prepared for. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

A group of nine travel writers writes their experience after traveling to Central America, and the information about the region they provide sounds fascinating.

Seven writers with different experience levels on one trip. Exploring new cultures and history about them is quite intriguing. It seems like a story I will definitely read. Great review!

This book sounds very intriguing.I love the idea of hearing the experiences and point of views of these writers while on this trip. Im also excited to hear about the conflicts and oppositions they face What's a good book with out a little drama or dillema. It'll also be pretty cool to learn about Costa Rica.Cant wait to also get more acquainted with the writers Buddy definitely sounds like he's gonna be the life of the party by stirring up drama and making the others uncomfy since they're more guarded than he is.

This is a combination. Wow! It is not uncommon but it seems it is a good combination. Travel writers and the first thought would be the place they are going into. But what happens to them while they go through it? There is, as the review says, action and adventure, and as can be deduced from the title alone, violence and death. I love to travel. I love History. I love to experience and imagine even in just plain words the many wonders a place can offer. I also love action and adventure books. I just hope that violence and death would not be so horrible in the story. Just the same, the story seems to promise a lot. Nice review!

By the review, this book was not what I thought it would be. I may change my mind and give it a read despite my interest level initially being low.

It’s great that the book was entertaining and that the errors did not affect its rating. It’s not my style, so I don’t plan to read all of it, but thanks for the nicely-detailed review!

I think that the shiny part is exchanging the writer's experiences between the old writers and the new writer's, also I was chocked by the idea of the lesibian relationship in the novel.
