Oh, the book sounded wonderful till I found out that it was poetry. Poetry is truly not for me. Though I hope those who enjoy it would have fun reading this!

This sounds like a very good read and even though there are deep topics like divorce and depression included, I think we can learn a lot from this book. I love how relatable it is with emotions we may experience in similar circumstances. Well done on an excellent review and for #BOTD!

This story seems quite dramatic, even if there's some humor, dealing with depression after Doris's life gets turned upside down. Realistic characters, with virtues and flaws, and events we have no control over make this novel strong. Thank you for your great review!

Depression is something nobody would want to experience, ever. I feel sad for Doris and felt like crying when her ex sold the house. It surely does take a lot of courage and faith to rise above these challenges.

The plot seems credible, with suspense and a twist. The reviewer, however, recommended the book to women, so I think I'll pass it on. Congratulations to the author for the BOTD

Doris would have felt really betrayed that her husband left her for her best friend. The story seems intriguing and captivating. I love the book already. Nice review. Congrats on winning BOTD.

It’s a gripping story with a great topic. We often lose sight of ourselves when life gets hard and we tend to forget that “events themselves are not the cause of mental ill-health. Rather, the way we interpret those events makes the difference.” Thank you for this review.

I have never been a fan of self-help books or similar, but this book seems like one I could not only enjoy but also benefit from. I appreciate the author's honesty.

This is an amazing fictional romance book highlighting friendship, and the unexpected blows that life can send our way and finding the strength, courage, and support to keep going. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has an inciteful OnlineBookClub review.

Doris lost her husband and best friend all at once! No wonder she withdrew into her home. Depression makes you look at life totally different. I want to find out how things turned out for Doris, so I am adding this one to my want to read list! Thanks for the lovely review!

Today's book of the day is one with a pathetic story of broken marriage followed by miscarriage and depression afterward. The book has a multifaceted character that gives life to the book. Great review and congrats to the author on being the #BOTD.

At first I didn't think this was a book that interested me, but after reading your review, I've changed my mind! This sounds so good! I love that the characters are relatable and the storyline realistic. It seems to be filled with lessons that promote personal growth, improvement, and moving forward despite the odds stacked against you. I've downloaded my copy! Thank you so much! :-)

There is something so powerful in redemption stories that I love. I will add this book to my TBR. While I'm not keen on reading about depression I will check this book out. Great review!
