Back during my career as a manager, I would have gobbled this book up. Similar to the author, I also used fiction as a method to educate my teams in leadership and other managerial skills. So even though I won't be reading this book at this time, my recommendation to those currently in leadership positions would be to get it and take the lessons to heart. Congratulations to Ms. Hamilton on the publication of her book and receiving BOTD honors.

This is an interesting non-fiction business fable designed to share fundamental behaviors that improve working environments and leadership techniques. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlinieBookClub review. Congrats @ashban on the BOTD.

This is a very timely book. As a manager, I'm always looking for new ideas to make my company grow and also be a good place to work for my employees. I like that they ask current employees their opinions on how to run things better. Thanks for your wonderful review, I'll be sure to give this book a read.

I think every business might need a copy of this. It's easy to let go of everything when times are tough, but if you are determined and seek to improve, you'll turn out better.

This sounds absolutely brilliant. Big companies and organisations are often stagnant in their way of doing business that they can't see the trees from the forest. It sounds like everyone from project managers to CEOs can find something of use within this one.

Incorporating lessons through the story that readers can apply in real-life situations is such an interesting thing to do. It's basically hitting two birds with one stone, you get to enjoy the story itself and actually learn things for your career. This was a very helpful review.
