I guess I would be skipping this one, as the storyline doesn't seem to resonate with me. Nevertheless, thanks for the detailed and insightful review.

Sou Hi wrote: 30 Mar 2021, 02:21 Thanks for your interesting review. Gertie’s life sounds quite adventurous and bizarre. Still, preconceptions and lack of education are pretty scary; they can make you a bad and rude person unconsciously.
Bizare is an understatement, indeed :). Thank you for your comment!

It sounds as if there are a lot of things going on in this book. Too bad the ending was a bit of a letdown. Still, it seems to be a fun book to read. Thanks for an informative and well-written review!

The author has quite some imagination to combine so many unusual topics in one book. Sounds like a fun read.

It seems like somewhere the Universe always had Gertie's back. I can definitely read this book when I need to unwind. Stellar review Raluca!

This book seems to cover a lot of ground in a short time. I wonder if the author left the ending that way so they could write another book. Light books can be fun but I need a book with a clear ending. Thank you for the insightful review.

Anything is possible for Gertie, and I hope her adventures will continue. She's only 23 years old, after all :). Thank you for stopping by!

Wow Gertie seems to be self conscious and hasty in her decision making. Thanks for the great review.
