The review is an honest one. I would love to read the book and grasp its war theme. Thanks for your review.

I don't read books on war, so I'll be skipping this one, but what I liked about your review is the part that mentions the soldiers "finding solace in their shared bond as comrades in arms." Between all the death and destruction, that one small aspect could be very comforting to some.
Due to the realistic feel of the book, I think people who read stories on war will definitely enjoy it. Thank you for the wonderful review.

The life of soldiers are indeed unpredictable but they are amazing they dedicate their own life for others to live, they don't always care about them selves they put they safety of their love once first I love them. Nice and understandable review.

I'm not a big fan of war stories, but this one seems to be telling the readers a very important story. I hope to check this out someday.

This could be a perfect read for people who like war stories but I had my share of them. I don't think I will read another report about the horrors of war. Great review btw!

The story is too close to reality for me, and I would rather not read it. However, this is an excellent review.

"This book is more on the subtle yet thought-provoking view of war." This is such a powerful and beautiful description. Nevertheless, I'm not in the mood for a war story. I hope the author will take your helpful ideas to improve the book. Great job with the review.

This book chronicles a close encounter with the horrors of the Vietnam War. The psychological approach it addresses is interesting. For example, the issue of how soldiers cope with the trauma of living every day in fear of the possibility of dying at any moment. How can be cured the aftermath of what they have experienced? Sounds like an interesting read.

Sounds like a good book on historical battles. I, however, would not devour it because it isn't my ideal cup of coffee. Nice work with the review.

This sounds like an intense book- I wasn't expecting it to be a slower read since it is a military/war story. Your comments about the errors/required editing are very useful. Thank you for your review!

A thought provoking war based story in the book "the REMF, Hurry Up and Wait" by Ray Dyer, which narrates a close personal encounter of the horrors of the Vietnam War. I am interested to read this book soon.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

I don't like war stories, so even though, the book provides thought-provoking side of war, it still doesn't appeal me. Great review!

This sounds like a good read. However, I don't read books about the Viet Nam war, no matter how subtle because I lived through that era and saw the effects it had on returning soldiers. Your review is excellent!

I get overwhelmed whenever we talk about wars, whether in books or television. However, this review detects alot of errors contained in the book, and I might lose interest in reading and checking the glossary constantly, Additionally some explanations are missing. I'll still check it out just to get a glimpse on the Vietnam War 🇻🇳
