A narcissistic surgeon who falls after committing a felonious crime definitely sounds like a crazy ride. Its theme of guilt and redemption would sure to draw in many people. I do love when reads can give you a fair amount of emotions while reading, and it's great to hear that the book is well-edited. Even though there is a passage of time confusion, I'm glad that it was minor enough to not hinder from your enjoyment! This doesn't seem to be for me, but I'm glad that you were able to enjoy this 'study of human nature' type of read!

I love crime novels so I am excited to start reading this one. Even just the snapshot shows how much depth this book seems to have. The rating is also very promising!

people will not like us because of our success, God will always emanate to show them that they are too minor. Mcdowell is a real testimony, this book is just encouraging.

Great review! I'm even more interested in reading McDowell now than before. I love books that realistically show that actions have consequences!

Fine review.. Initially, when I saw the title, I thought it was the true life story of the man who owns the popular drink "MCDowell" not until I read this review. Thanks, the book sounds interesting, so I will try reading it.

"Is it possible to find redemption when one is guilty of terrible things? Can one find love again? For any of these things to happen, a person has to really recognize and accept that what one did was terrible." William H. Coles.
I am wondering the extent of the evil committed by the character in the book under review.
Your review only fills the would be readers with anticipation.
Otherwise it is a great review.

McDowell is an interesting and peculiar novel. The most important reason for this is because, it was written in a rather different way than most of us are used to. I like it. I like the message of this novel, because the message can change us and change the world. I believe that the message from this novel has the ability to affect us all in a positive way. :tiphat:
