Authenticity is such an important subject to approach! And so are all the topics you mention that are broached in this book. It's hard to touch sensitive topics and still keep the story light-hearted, so I applaud that. There's something about small-town secrets and mysteries that's always been fascinating for me, perhaps because I grew up in a huge city. I'll add this book to my to-read shelf! Thank you for the very thorough review!
