I like science fiction books and this one seems interesting. The concept of the "Elders" who live longer and age slower, then the disappearance of those Elders sounds intriguing. And the topics the author describes in the book such as the ethics and morals of genetic manipulation, pushing the boundaries of comfort zones, possible concepts of a meaningful life, and the value of risk-taking are very up to date. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Climatic change is real. A lot of us are not doing enough to keep earth around for the next generation. Thought provoking discussion that I have an inclination to read. Great review

This certainly sounds like a post-apocalyptic dystopian novel that goes against the grain, an unusual treat for readers of the genre. Excellent review!

Normally I am not drawn to science fiction novels, but this one deals with some serious issues that we face today - putting ethical paramet ers around genetic testing, end of life issues, and the (very real) effects of climate change on the planet. Sounds like a book I need to read. Thank you for that excellent analysis.

Thinking of this kind of world sounds cool and tough. Time travel novel is nice and this one is not exemption. Great work by the author.

Slowing down aging, is it really possible? The life of Ella as enumerated in the story, in my opinion, has an answer to this question. I need to find out though. Great review.

I have no read a dystopian novel in a while, and this seems so different. No heroes? None of the post-apocalyptic novels I've read have been like that. I also like that it was the consequence of climate change. Many people do not understand the true repercussions of our actions. I will check it out and see if it's for me. Thanks for your insightful review.

It's a very intriguing concept and thought-provoking narrative. The change in how we perceive living in terms of old age evokes uncomfortable feelings. Clever and imaginative.

I like the story, though I would prefer to see this as a movie to enjoy the story better. I like stories that have to do with time travelling. Thanks for the beautiful storyline. Nice review.

I really love this kind of novel, it makes you think of somethings that's not in existence now but might actually be. Thanks for your great review.
