A psychologist thriller that balances action and dialogue seems like it would be a solid read! Thanks so much for the wonderful review, I've got this one too read now too!
It's amazing to see the world through the eyes of children. It's more fun to read with them, too.

As I haven't read this book yet, I am interested to see how Charlie tried to overcome his childhood trauma and dream apparition. I am lured in by your in-depth and positive views on this book. I am looking forward to read this. Thanks for your review.

I'm really glad you rated this highly. It reminds me of a book I loved, The Keep by Jennifer Egan, so I was hoping the feedback would be great. I like that the dialogue and events are evenly balanced. Makes for a great story. Thanks for your insight!

The sample read really interesting. Although I am not sure where the book is going to take me, your review gives a perspective. It surely works as a boost to read the whole story. Have not read this genre for many years. Probably it is time to dig in.

This book is very engrossing. I love psychological thrillers so this is my type of book. It sounds very intriguing from the chapters I read so far and I want to delve further into it. Also I agree that it is incredibly written. I can't wait to read the rest of it. Thanks for your review.

Sounds intriguing! Our past defines our present, so it's no surprise that as a troubled child Charlie now has strange dreams.

I enjoy psychological thrillers, but I seem to have mixed feelings about this one. That doesn't stop me from checking out the sample though.

I really, really like the like the title and the cover of the book!! And after reading the review, I am really interestd in the plot of this book. Especially I am interested in "vocabulary" mentioned in review, because for me it is interesting to discover new dimensions of the language.

I liked your review and can understand why you liked this book so much but my experience was a little different. I felt this book jumped around to a point where I wasn’t sure if we were dream land or reality or even the past. The plot was a little intriguing but I lost interest rather quickly and only got through part of the book. Maybe I need to start with a different book that this author wrote to understand their writing technique.

Everything Solid Has a Shadow is a psychological mystery novel. I like this genre of books. Michael Antman did a great job here. I should read this soon.

The beginning started off slow but I continued to read and the book got better. It turned out to be very interesting. I don't usually read this type of book, but it wasn't bad. I was surprised in the end.
