Thank you for this nice review. Pete seems to be in a lot of trauma. I am curious as to what caused it exactly. It seems the author did a very good job on character development. Congratulations.

The book has an interesting plot really with a good twist here and there. The fact that the characters are well built is a plus for me. Kudos to the reviewer.

I enjoy books that delve into human psyches – I think it makes for more real writing. Additionally, it seems like it also includes a realistic portrayal of PTSD. Thanks for the review.

I find the fact that the story revolves around a ten-year-old boy and a veteran turned hobo quite intriguing, for the pairing is unusual. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

Firstly, the review was written well it made curious to readers to read the book to find out what happen in Memphis?.... When I see the title thought real superman will come to save him with supernatural powers, surprisingly it's not that.. Jack an ordinary man save and took care of Pete, Author must have represent Jack as superman.. Nice story book.

PTSD, depression, marriage problems are the first things that come to my mind after reading this review. I'm curious to see how this story flows.

I'm reading this book currently and I gotta agree that the author had done a fantastic job in explaining each single character's emotions in this novel. PTSD is something which everyone should aware of and this novel will bring it into everyone's notice.
