Wow, this review has definitely piqued my interest in James Hanna's latest book! With twenty-two thought-provoking short stories, it sounds like there's something for everyone in this collection. I love how Hanna explores the different facets of modern life, drawing on his own experiences in Australia and his long career in Criminal Justice. The fact that some of the stories center around Toby Dawes and Tom Hemmings adds an intriguing narrative thread, and the otherworldly vibe of stories like The Lottery and The Tallyman sound like they'll really make me think. Overall, I can't wait to get my hands on this enthralling collection and dive into Hanna's unique world of storytelling.

The fact that the stories are thought-provoking just makes the book a point of interest. Many do not think deeply these days. The writing style is simple and inviting.

"Fact Check and More Probing Tales" by James Hanna is a collection of twenty-two beautiful short tales that mostly centered around Toby. Although the author also wrote about the pandemic and Donald Trump's impeachment. As a lover of short stories, I would try my hands at this. Congrats on #BOTD!

Well done to the author. Its a good collection of stories that have different meaning. Each story is completely unrelated some with humor, criticism and I enjoy reading stories with a bit of irony.
It is really hard to pick up one as my favorite since they are all amazing. The Land fish was really fun to read and had a bit of irony. I also enjoyed Biff Malibu when Mary asked him what's one thing he could change about himself, if he could go back in time. I passed that question right at me.
