I have to say that the premise of curing cancer is a good one. Lucas definitely has his work cut out for him. Having to do an unsanctioned procedure could present some really hairy situations and I'd like to see how this plays out. Good review.

Today's book of the day is a medical fiction novel that narrates the resilience of Lucas, a young medical doctor who resolved to find the cure for all manner of cancers after losing his mother to recurrent breast cancer. I am truly fascinated by his determination. Congrats on #BOTD!

It seems like Lucas has the right intentions to help cure cancer, and help Kaitlin. I hope it turns out favorably. I find the topics interesting, and it sounds like there is good humour and some romance in the story too. I love a well-balanced novel. I relate to Lucas being a coffee addict! Thanks for a thought-provoking review, and congrats to the author on BOTD 🙂

I have no words as cancer is a big problem in the world but I won't mind reading the book and learning more about cancer.

Your review was quite comprehensive without giving any spoilers. I am intrigued and will be adding this book to my reading list for sure. I am hoping for a happy ending for little Kaitlin…

Lucas must have loved his mum to have wanted to find a healing cure for all kinds of cancer. I commend him for doing that. Congratulations on BOTD.

Medical jargon is probably unavoidable for this kind of story, so it wouldn't impede me. But I'm surprised that the editing isn't up to scratch given that doctor-authors are usually keen on details.
