I love how the author knittted suspense, romance, and even a little science fiction in one book. I will add this book to my reading list and enjoy it later. Congratulations to the author on BOTD

The genre-blending sounds interesting, but Christian fiction isn't my cup of tea. A great review!

I am amazed at the number of genres this book covers. Although not keen on Christian fictions, I would like to read this for the other components. Thanks for the awesome review!

I can't say I am that drawn to this book. "Picture a not-too-distant future; the government has replaced many employees with robots, and 'bit-card' currency is needed to survive." This sounds to me like it was written for a segment of people hesitant in embracing new technology. This is not to say that we are not headed toward automation, but for example, the use of "robots" seems to paint a rather impractical (as in implausible) image. I believe automation is not as scary as all that. Not to be polarizing nor oversimplifying, but it might just mean moving things online and phone-based instead of in-person help (of course, the book might have built a much more interesting dystopian world).

On the other hand, I do find the mix of Christianity and technology intriguing and would be curious to see where the author went with it. Thank you for the review!

While I love the suspense and sci-fi aspects, I'm not too keen on the romance, but I still think I'll give this thriller with some spirituality a try.

This book sounds like an amazing Christian Fiction. I like it that it's a multilayered work involving an interesting blend of genres like suspense, romance, and even a little sci-fi. Added in my to-read list.

Memorizing the whole Bible at five is a little unconvincing. However, I would like to know what happened after his parents were murdered.
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

As soon as I started reading the story, I was transported into another dimension. The very thought of a bomb blast that seems to have happened from your own room, killing your entire family, but you; freezes you completely. I can't imagine the confusion, agony, and anger felt by David. The review above profoundly summarizes the story and intrigues people to read more.

They say not to judge a book by its cover. I fell victim to it as the cover straight away attracted my attention as a potentially good read. Then I read that it contains Christian themes and was about to throw it to the side. I am glad I didn't before I read the review; it has helped me revert back to 'this should be interesting'.
Thank you for opening my mind :)
