I don’t usually read poems. I read the sample and found that some were interesting while others also left me wanting more. The dry morbid humor gave me chuckles.

When I saw the title, "Short Poems, Long Tales, " I expected the book to be a blend of prose and poetry. I recently read a book like that, so I was curious. Unfortunately, reading 101 poems on a variety of topics doesn't seem to be my cup of tea, so I'll have to skip this one. Thank you for the wonderful review.

I think that is the beauty of poetry to experience it with emotions and rate it accordingly. I love the genre and I will check out this book. Great an informative review, job well done.

Wow! I have read several poems and really enjoyed them! Blank verse is modern! The review might have been written by a much younger person since, though well done, he/she doesn't resonate with some of the recurrent themes: life, old age, the death of loved ones...

It seems like this book covers a lot of ground and I like the topics covered in it. This one appeals to me even though I'm not a huge poetry fan. Excellent review.

You have written a very thorough review, giving an excellent idea of what this book is about. I am not a 'professional' poetry reader, but I like the fact that the poems are only short, so I might give this one a go.

The book has 101 poems written on a multitude of topics. Most of the poems consists of dark and dry humor that makes the book more intriguing.
The reader will definitely drown into it. The review is as interesting as the book.

The author seems to be too modest about his achievements. Writing poetry about the deeper side of life, life, and death. It's a well-written review, clear on what to expect, love it.

101 poems written on a multitude of topics seem like an interesting proposition. The diversity of themes touches almost all existential ideas. Surely, not all poems are suitable for all readers, but surely there will be several that each reader will like.

A good collection of 101 can be found in the book "Short Poems, Long Tales" by Rashid Osmani. The poems cover many aspects our life. I am thinking of picking this book.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

I like that the songs are short. Like any short text, it takes a lot of skill to translate your thoughts and feelings in a concise form. The author's dry humor that appears in the poems is interesting.

I have always loved poems. I was a student of English literature and I enjoyed poetry immensely. I love John Keats, T S Eliot and Robert Frost. Wasteland is one of the best poems I have ever read. I feel poems emit emotions more than prose can. I would love to check this collection out.
