Books about self-discovery aren't really my cup of tea, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. Like some others mentioned, the first ten pages still have some errors that hindered the reading flow for me. Thanks for the well-written review.

Great review. This sounds like a wonderful story. I did read the sample on Amazon before reading the review and was pretty turned off by the lack of editing. The wording was immature and stilted as well as being misspelled or misused, as you mentioned above. This is disappointing because the story itself is intriguing but errors like that pop me out of a story and I just know I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. I read in a comment that the book was due to be professionally edited last year, but it either wasn't done or didn't carry over to the sample. Either way, a shame.

Wow this sounds like a great redemption story! Too bad about all the errors however - I find that when there is a great number of them, it can be quite distracting. The plot sounds really intriguing though!

This must be a heartbreaking book in a way. There are so many women out there who are victims of domestic abuse, who had to suffer this and similar trials. Not the kind of book I would normally read, as I would find it somewhat depressing, but it shines a light on the the world of home abuse and what can be done about it.

The story of battered spouses is one of great interest in our society but I don't think this book is for me. Thanks for the review though

This was a great review. The story looks like it would be an emotional read. I think I will pick it up because I do like what I read it the sample.

Sheldon Newton has written a beautifully woven fictional story of Genna and I feel like reading the whole novel in one go. Congrats on being the BOTD. :)

An attention grabbing review that could push any reader to pick the book. The story has been beautifully explained, yet leaving the pages unturned at the end, raising curiosity about the end of it. Beautiful review for a good read. It is however, sad to know about the grammatical and spelling errors.
