The review is written fantastically and the implication of what it means to be a family is written masterfully not only in the book but the review as well. Congratulations on an amazing review.

Thank you! I agree with you that the story really does show that people aren't perfect and the world is not a magical place where everything just falls into place.Ferdinand_otieno wrote:Guardian of Deceit by William H. Coles is an amazing story that at first glance seems purfanctory but on a deeper dive gives so much more. The book does not try to make people seem at all magical. It clearly makes sure one understands that everyone can be both good and bad.

I think it depends on the high schooler and the parental viewpoints. There are some pretty hardcore drug scenes, domestic violence, some sex, but more innuendo, definitely not on the level of erotica.tarafarah7 wrote:Today's #BOTD sounds so well-written and inspiring! The fact that it appeals to a variety of readers, I have no doubt I am going to enjoy this one! I have downloaded my #free copy on Smashwords. Thank you! I love stories about characters who are able to overcome the odds, despite the many obstacles along their journey. Thank you for your review! Do you feel this would also be a good book for high school students or is it more aimed toward adults?
