Sicilian culture, language, and history fascinate me. Through Gina, we can learn a lot about different aspects of Sicilian traditions. The Cosa Nostra is a powerful organization in Sicily. I hope she fares well after leaving one stressful situation to another. I can see that you enjoyed the book. Thanks for a lovely review.

Whoa, the reviewer provided a ton of information about Catania in particular—the wealthy and breathtakingly beautiful city. I find it fascinating to learn about a place's customs, food, geography, and culture. One of my favourite books is about the exciting life of a female police officer. Understanding the struggles a woman faces in carrying out her responsibilities is fascinating. Their bravery makes me happy. The core of thriller books is the idea of what might occur on the following page, which I felt was exaggerated in this fantastic book. I'm interested in learning more about the protagonist's emotional and physical journey to self-discovery. Gerry Sir's reviews are always enjoyable to read. Without a doubt, I will read it.

Gerry, I must commend you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! This sounds like an immersive journey into Sicilian culture and the complexities of police work in a place rich with history and challenges. I love that the author brings Sicily to life through descriptions of landscapes, food, and family traditions while also shedding light on important social issues like human trafficking and organized crime.

I've always read in other fictions about Sicily, it's history and cultural heritage but to think I was going to find one containing Nigerian mafia is quite something. I would definitely love to read.
P.S: I'm Nigerian.
Thank, Gerry for a great review

I liked your detailed analysis of the book. After reading your review i understood what this book is about ? It's good to know that not much of the violence is there in the book as it usually felt gross to me to read and feel such situations. Stories with various plots, twists and suspense are always very enjoyable. Thanks for your interesting review, I feel like reading this book.

This story sounds mor informative than many other I have read. While I was interested in Gina’s predicament and wanted to learn more, I found myself more than willing to learn about the country and the culture involved. Thanks!
