Yes, I can never spell that one right. It always discombobulates me.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, teacherjh!

Thanks, gen_g! Your words are music to my ears!gen_g wrote: ↑12 May 2018, 09:53 Thank you for the comments! Although I have to say, this book would be a pass for me, although I certainly had a giggle at the title! I also agree with you about the choice of words - it would definitely be more accurate to use the word 'compile' instead of 'written by'.

I'm not one if those people that think ANYTHING or ANYONE is fair game for a joke but even as a Christian, I have been know to utter a few things that can make a Minister cringe. Like the one about "telekinesis". Yup. I could definitely hear myself saying that. And actually WHILE I'm giving a sermon.
It's obvious from your star rating that you were ambiguous about recommending it, so you did what a truly good reviewer would do. Told us the facts, gave us your opinion (Yes. You're entitled to have one too), then let us make up our own minds.
Thanks again, Mo-Mo. (I try to put a hyphen in everyone's name. I wonder why?)
Sincerely, Laura-Lee
"You are worthy to take the book,
and to open its to seals,
for You were slain and have redeemed us to God,
by your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and Nation." Rev. 5:9

Thanks for the kind words, Double L! You are a dear!LauraLeeWasHere wrote: ↑31 Aug 2019, 05:59 Actually, I really liked your review. Once again you've taken into consideration all the different types of people who might have an interest in this book for different reasons. We don't all come from the same street or the same side of the tracks.
