Amazing review, but I'm not interested in political thrillers, nor futuristic sci-fi, so no. But the review is interesting, makes me want to pick up the book. But, no.

It would be quite interesting if in a century's time this book turns out to have been a sort of accurate prediction of the future. That is one thing that comes to mind every time I read a book based in the future. Great review.

I am not a big fan of political thrillers, but I do love futuristic, dystopian stories. I'm looking forward to finding out more about this book!

The author has done great mixing sci fi with politics. The aspect of predicting death is what interests me.

This seems like a unique story concept. Having a watch that can predict your time of death seems quite intriguing. Your review has piqued my interest. Thanks for your thoughts.

How could a watch possibly predict the wearer's date of death? This sound like a book I would want to read. Congrats on being the book of the day.

A high technology accessory that can predict death would be an invention at a higher level. But it would be fun if we could predict death.. maybe humans would be able to plan ahead and leave behind things in order plus a better legacy.

I'm not one who likes politics in my reading, maybe because I really don't understand much about it. This sounds like a good book, though, with the various problems faced by society and the clandestine activities. I wouldn't want to know when or how I'll die, so the VT2 watch won't be on my shopping list if it happens. Great review!

The review is a beautiful picture of what this excellent book stands for -- great technological developments, suspense, adventures, and other mind-blowing encounters. Certain things have been mapped out to happen in a certain future, and the book takes us there. It is highly creative and deeply engaging.

Wow. This book seems like an exciting read. Though I feel it contains thought-provoking themes, I don't mind reading it because I am a big fan of sci-fi novels. Nice review.

This novel tackles Rachel’s two relevant and timely topics: pandemic and climate change. The book seems very intriguing so I’m looking forward to digging into this suspenseful book and find out what will happen to the people.

For the lovers of Sci-fi and doomsday writing this is certainly a read for you. The plot from the onset sounds like the news that we listen to everyday or the movies that pervade the media spaces. The predictable deadly diseases, global warming and the war in Russia is our present day reality. I am intrigued to read to the very end not because of my great interest in books of that nature but because my hope is that there will be a silver lining at the conclusion. Kudos to the writer Van Flieisher and the BOTD. I am one to appreciate all who would put their thoughts to paper out in the universe to be critiqued by persons such as myself. Looking forward to reading to the end.

Science fiction ok, I'm game. It seems somewhat political in ways from reviews. I'm not sure abut knowing time of my death it could be a bit eerie , but as long as its written interesting the book might be
