The plot is unique thus this is very interesting. I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Abi/Seven will be be able to survive the difficult challenges she will face after being accused just because she did not have the usual dreams.

This book is completely abstract. I didn't see the plot coming but it is gladly welcome. Aby's world and button making occupation turns upsidedown when she stops having nightmares.

A fascinating concept, indeed! Books that are deliberately unusual and strange are uncommon to find. However, my interest in this book has increased. Regarding how absurd and arbitrary other people's demands were, as well as her "Disturbance Potential" assertion, I'm wondering. Also, Abi’s life makes me emotional. The World she lives in and the things she passes through. I would love to read more about her in the nook. Congrats on the BOTD.

A book that talks about the story of Abi, how she spent her life in a world ruled by routine and simplicity where she woke every morning and proceed to her workshop, but whose life was overturned after she woke up one morning without having a nightmare. The book was well-written and the story contains great suspense. I'm glad you enjoyed reading the book. Thanks for the great review.

A suspend filled mystery book with an interesting storyline and concept and an eye-catching book cover. An interesting book that holds onto its reader's attention from the beginning of the book to the end.

This sounds like such an interesting and unique book. The idea of a “disturbance potential” is fascinating. I want to see what Abi does to rebel against these absurd rules. Thanks for the review!

One word kept popping up as I read this review: strange. Honestly, I'm not sure if that's good or bad; I'm curious, but this doesn't sound like my kind of book. Guess I'll have to at least sample it. Great review, though!

Your description of the book presents the book as complex and the writing sounds as such. I am also fascinated by surreal plots. Congrats on BOTD.

The entire premise of this book is entirely novel, at least to me. I am genuinely interesting in reading it, and I feel like the writing will evoke a ton of emotion in me. Congrats on making BOTD!

After reading this review, I'm still couldn't get what the story is about. What exactly is the absurd world Abi lives in? I'm so curious about what kind of nightmare she always had, tho. Is that always the same? The book's cover couldn't show me much. I don't think I could visualize the author's narrations without some kind of illustrations related to that. It might be difficult for me to follow along the story. But I'm definitely amazed by the author's creativity. It seems unusual and the unpredictable plot is quite intriguing. Nice review!

Sounds like a lot is happening in this book. Would be interesting to read about the persecution of one character simple cause of their deviation from the norm. Thanks for the review.

I read the sample of the book and realized that I don't have experience with the absurdist genre. It was quite bizarre. The book review is well-written and offers high praise for the author, Tara Basi. Congratulations on being chosen for Book of the Day!
