The combination of this well written review and the sample selection of Somebody’s Watching You would leave any reader wondering what follows in Jeff and Melody’s story. With growing interest in what exactly happens once you are in a cult, I can see this storyline being popular today.
This review was well composed and highlighted aspects of the book without spoiling the plots.r

Wow, this is a wonderful narrative and I'm intrigued to read this book already. I love the storyline and I would like to know this strange cult Jeff joined that it even has to do with a religion. Nice review and congratulations to the author on BOTD.

Interesting. I've never read a book focused on cults and the horrible imprint they leave on one's life... Wonderful review and I just might add this to my to be read.

Great review. I wonder what illness must have come over Jeff to make him consider joining a cult. It is a good thing Melody managed her workplace conflict with dignity; a great lesson for female readers. :D

I liked the way that the author deals with the issue of Jeff's depression, with a touch of humor, but also trepidation on Melody's part. I felt for both of them, watching their life come apart after such a great beginning. The introduction of Floyd and the Church of Philomantics reminds me of cult organizations that shall remain nameless, has influenced Jeff and not in a mentally healthy way. Depression is serious illness, and people try to deal with it in many ways. I found myself hoping for a miraculous breakthrough that would take them back to their romantic beginning, after reading the sample and your great review.

Apart from entertainment, I can tell the book is also educational and inspiring through the couple's story. I also like suspense books, given that they quench the suspense in the end. I think it's worth the time.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting story following Melody and Jeff as they attempt to navigate Jeff's depression and his sudden commitment to the Church of Philomathics. Is this church just preying on Jeff's depression? Will Melody figure out a way to help Jeff? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

A story about a vulnerable individual looking for hope and then stumbling upon a cult that uses his pain to its advantage and integrates him into its beliefs is a story I consider worth reading. And the character of Melody sounds interesting and well thought out, I would love to read and know more. The review is interesting and meticulously written.

The title sounds quite stalkerish, but I wouldn't say it is something bad for a mystery novel, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the story. I am sorry, but efforts to break free from a cult and regain freedom and dignity is not something I am interested in reading about. Still, congratulations on BOTD!

This book has a direction of a thriller but with an exciting plot involving mental illness and the desire to be in the control of someone else—the sense of belonging most dangerously. These cults and religions can be dangerous to society and threaten to take someone’s life. I anticipate finishing reading the book and what comes of the fate of Jeff and Melody’s future. Thank you for writing such a captivating review!
