The review of this book shows that Nick is such a nice man to have rescued Curby and still wants to keep him in his custody. Again, the author did a nice job with the character description and I wish to congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

What a sad story filled with tough things like cancer, abandonment and parenthood. I love that it is heartwarming and positive through the painful points. Congratulations on book of the day!

This seems to be a lovely slice-of-life kind of book discussing the concept of (literally) found family. Lots of ups and downs are what make the story interesting and keep you wanting to read the next page.

The book is a fast read that tells a heartwarming story of family bonds and love. It is a story of an unusual family bond without the typical blood relations. It also explores various forms of romance, the effects of toxic relationships, and the system that governs child protection and adoption.
The review is superb.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

After reading this review, I got a clear idea about the book. It indeed has a good story and also talks about many issues. I want to know how Nick came in the middle of murder. The storyline is complex as well as interesting. I am surely going to read this book.

This book sounds amazing! I think it's a real challenge to tackle big social problems like substance abuse and how the government impacts families, and this sounds like a really impactful narrative around those subjects.

In the book "Curby" by Adrian Del Valle, the author combines several strong elements such as sacrifice, humanity, and mystery. The author singles out the importance of family and love as the message of the book.

at first I thought this was non fiction. I like that Del Valle explored societal themes in their book. I also like the book cover, reminds me of Christmas postcards.

Even though the reviewer says the book is suspenseful and has a bit of mystery in it which I like. I do find that I will not like this book because of the cancer in the story especially if the cancer patient dies otherwise this book sounds like my type of book! Great review.

This seems to be an adorable story. I am very glad that Nick found little Curby and was willing to protect him at all costs. This would make an excellent Sunday read. Thanks for the review!
