In my experience in speaking with those who vote and those who don't, these people feel like their voice does not matter. However, Sandy shows readers in her book just how important their votes are about social issues and government. Thanks for the review!

I'm keen to find out how the introverted Emma will save her marriage and family. Despite her disability, I get the notion that Emma will turn out as a very strong character, who does not hesitate to stand up for the truth. This will be a satisfying read, no doubt.

The book's blurb is intriguing, and your detailed review has further intensified the discussion. The way both of them approach the issue, both individually and as a couple, presents a significant challenge. I have definitely added it to my reading list.

The married couple Johnny McEwan and Emma, who are extroverts and introverts, whose lives are turned upside down by political differences. This book's author skillfully weaves together themes of politics, marriage, love, and family.

Reading the sampled pages of You Speak for Me Now, written by Sandy Graham, I had one thought "the extroverts will always put us in trouble". I appreciate the concept of having two polar opposites complement each other and grow a perfect relationship. Congratulations on BOTD.

Opposites attract, or so the saying goes. It appears that the two protagonists don't have much in common, at least on the surface. Beethoven composed music while he was deaf, hence there is some way that deaf people experience music, even if they can't hear it. It will be interesting to read about the relationship between these two opposite personalities and how they addressed the differences. It's difficult when one's words and actions lead to threats to one's family and life. The author touches on controversial subjects and the book will probably attract a lot of diverse comments.

I appreciate your very informative review. It is well-balanced and enjoyable.
" You Speak For Me Now "is an interesting title.
Johnny and Emma make an intriguing couple, considering they are opposites. The challenges they face due to the political tensions at the time and John's outspoken nature, which unravels related consequences, make me keen to discover if their family is able to survive everything victoriously.
A wonderful plot.
Congratulations to the author!

I agree with your observation that the author has skillfully crafted a plot that tackles real-world issues, such as discrimination, economic disparity, and the influence of media. The way Graham has woven these themes into the narrative provides a rich, thought-provoking backdrop that resonates with current societal challenges.
