I think the book will be a source of inspiration to readers. However, a detailed description of each round of her fight by the author would have readers visualize the fight in their minds. A great review!

I love a book with a strong female character. This one sounds interesting, I’ll diffidently read it sometime.

I like that the author has very successfully developed Rose’s emotional side. I also like the contrast of the physical and emotional struggle that Rose is going through.

This book is the second installation of the series, the author developed Rose’s emotional background, addressing how a person’s psychological well-being affects the physical side of life. It has a well-developed plot that highlighted a candid message that the boxing ring isn’t the only place where fighting skills are needed.
The review is superb.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

Personally, I am not a fan of boxing but I am a sucker for stories which describe emotions in detail. The review highlights the significant points in the book without giving out too much information. Kudos to the reviewer

Boxing doesn't interest me, but it's nice that the author added a personal side to the character. Congrats on Book of the Day.

This sounds like a good read overall, though the lack of context for certain things might make this a difficult standalone read. I do love strong female characters though! Thank you for your review.

A championship boxing career would, no doubt, include a whole host of determined contenders and sneaky intimidation tactics. It sounds like this tale really succeeds in highlighting her strength and perseverance, both inside and outside the ring. 🥊

I'm not a big fan of sports in general (watching or reading about them) but I have a cousin who got into boxing and MMA fighting for a while who might enjoy reading this novel. I may suggest it to him the next time we talk. He's not much of a reader, but this might be something he'd get into.
