This book is an excellent way to help teach people to better run their business. The use of a fictional story was a great idea because you can still teach a lesson but are not limited to an actual factual story. I feel this is a good way to make the story more interesting to the reader. I believe walking into a business as a customer is the best way to get an honest experience and truly know how your customers are being treated.
