I love this review. It creates suspense and wild imagination of what to expect. The drama, along with kidnappings give a clue to the misery that is to unfold.

Just reading this review, I felt like I was in some good old telenovela. The switch from simplicities like marriage, family, and baseball games to tension-filled events like politics, kidnap, and even possible international feud?, wonderful!. I feel like this only by reading a review?, then I can't help but wonder what more is contained in this book. Great review and I can't wait to read this book.

This book sounds interesting, the kidnapping part of it makes me curious to know if there is a love affair between Justin and Guadalupe or if it is politically motivated, I like the fact that the book has life lessons that one can learn from. This is a great review.

Guadalupe is a very intriguing character; I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how many could someone help Justin since his abduction is similar to what happened to him years ago and by the same woman.

I am not a huge fan of baseball, but knowing that story hovers around romance, mystery, and politics will make me read it. Congrats to toys author on being the author of the day!

Sounds like an excellent crime thriller that needs to be on my bookshelf. After reading the sample and review, I now need to know why Justin was kidnapped and why. Thanks for the review!

The storyline is quite an one. It is filled with enough drama, suspense, and mystery that would keep its readers on edge. Nice review.

Thank you for your review. This book is enticing to me as I enjoy books where the characters are well developed and the author makes sure that you know who is being presented.

I think it is good that baseball served only as one detail and that the author did not deal with it further. I like that the characters are well developed. I also like the fact that the author has woven many life lessons into the book, among which certainly stands out the one that hatred is a waste of time and energy.

The intrigue is a strong factor in for me. I think this book will hold a lot of suspense. I wouldn't think a war between the United States and Cuba would turn out well for Cuba. If I use facts about Cuba, I would think that Justin is a possible source of funding for Guadalupe. Great review!

Kidnapping especially for political reasons is not savvy at all. The reason for the latest kidnapping must be investigated. This book has no dull moment. Thanks for the review.

Even though the names and storyline confused me a bit, I appreciate the intrigue and suspense the story tries to bring and also the moral lessons it comes with. Nice review!
