I just read the preview but it was well written and got you hooked quickly. I wanted to finish the story. Sharma is young and this is his first post. This is new to him and he makes it new to us. I will put it on my list to read.

An excellent review. It's gives me a well detailed information on the true content of the book. Am now going to add this to my " going to read" shelf so I can find out how one thing lead to another that brings the two men once enemy turn friends!

I liked your thoughtful review! I've read a few pages of the book and the story about the soldiers
being stationed near the India-Pakistan border seems compelling.

Thank you for the review Samhoun.

It gives a comprehensive summary of the book, and also of the pace of the book. Sitting in a forest for weeks on end would tax anyone! To meet someone, even an enemy soldier, and how they would interact is a fasinating glimpse into how we think and behave. I will be putting this in my to-read pile.

The books demonstrates how human beings just want to perform their duty at their place of work and get to their business at home but at work situations cause them to prove their traits... Good development of characters in the story... The review is intriguing... It promotes interest of reading the book again and again...

Is there really a post 99 at No man's land? I don't know much about the dispute between India and Pakistan. Your review made me interested with the topic. :techie-studyingbrown: I love stories based on facts. I agree with

humanity winning out over hatred.
Thanks for the great review!

This is a good story. I was actually hoping the story won't end. Khan and Sharma are of different backgrounds trying to overcome their differences, which makes it more interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves to read good books. Great job guys!

Thank you for such a good review, I found it useful, and very well written, specially because you mentioned that the book is appropriate for all ages and the rating it's also helpful. I definitely want to read it, to discover why the relationship between the two characters is an example of humanity winning over hatred.

Your review really piqued my interest. It's such a short book that I will read it hoping to perhaps gain some understanding about people in this war-torn region. Looks like quite a lot of great character & situation development for such a short book!

Interesting book. Though not my chosen reading material, Sharma and Khan look like interesting characters.
