Today's BOTD is a novel with supernatural elements that follows Adrian on a journey to Japan to find the owner of a samurai sword taken from a soldier by his grandfather during WWII. Readers interested in thought-provoking novels filled with Japanese culture and life lessons will want to check this one out. Thanks so much!

"ghost with two hearts" by michael r french seems very interesting and unique storyline. As it is combination of supernatural and Japan culture is explained by ghost itself so really very engaging.

This book follows Adrian as he goes on a career break to Japan. It shows how the Western and Eastern cultures can complement each other. However, I struggled with the speed of the intro tonight and didn't connect with the story.

Life seems to lose its spark sometimes. Nothing seems interesting enough to do. What to do? The MC thought it was a great idea to travel halfway across the world to return a sword. Would he succeed? Congratulations on the BOTD, and best wishes for future projects.

I feel that it's difficult to find the owner of a sword in the entire Japanese community. What did the ghost do that interrupted Adrian's activities? Did Adrian find the owner of the sword? Thanks for the review.

I truly like the fact that this book addresses the imperfection in humans. I think the little differences are actually what makes us who we are. Congrats to the author on botd!!

This is uniquely interesting. How did Adrain Green interact with a ghost from another place and culture? Does he know how to speak Japanese? I'll like to know how he related with the ghost, Emiko.

The book delivered everything it promised, from the supernatural down to the physical. There was a perfect blend between both the physical and spiritual worlds. I loved Adrian’s relationship with the ghost of Emiko; it passed the message that peaceful coexistence inspired by mutual respect for differences in cultures is achievable.
Peaceful coexistence, as you named it, or tolerance and acceptance of our differences, is the basis for building a kinder world.
One of the standout lessons from this book that resonated with me was the idea that certain imperfect things or situations are better left the way they are than wanting to find out the perils attached to trying to make them perfect.
You have no idea how much I needed to hear that. What a serendipitous piece of writing!

What a creative approach to the supernatural! Thank you for your brilliant review!
