Way too complicated and specialised to be entertaining for mere mortals. You lost me somewhere along the way of the second paragraph of review and couldn't catch my attention since. Unfortunately, those topics are out of my area of expertise, so I most definitely won't be able to give this book its due.

This is a very well written review. Very clear and concise, the summary is just enough to get you interested in the book but not too much to overwhelm the reader. Great job.

I just love the idea of teaching lessons through a story. It sticks more and the lessons passed along just like parables. The way Jay went about tackling the issue at hand is commendable. Can't wait to start on this. I love your review and your style of writing. Thank you for a wonderful presentation.

I think this book sounds really interesting because it is a fictional story that tells real world impacts on new and growing businesses. I definitely want to read this book, because it sounds like I could learn a lot about communication and other aspects of business.

This book is exciting! I am looking forward to digging into this book to find out how Jay turned the mismanaged bank into a successful, productive changed firm. This book is about change, adapting to a new environment and being unafraid to take risks. This book is right up my alley and I am excited to know the amazing new CEO. Congrats!

I agree that as with people change is constant and inevitable. In this case, the bank refused to change with the times and became unprofitable. I like the forward thinking of the new CEO and how he looked at the organization from an outsider perspective. It is crucial that all businesses keep in touch with their customer base and respond to the changes that happen outside of their business. I think that many business owners learned this during the Covid-19 shutdown of 2020.

Non fiction books are not my cup of tea but I also agree that to change is difficult. We are getting used to what we have pretty quickly and then become way too reluctant to try our something new even though it is more convenient, more profitable or more favourable for us. The review to the book is very enthusiastic so I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

While this sounds like a useful book, especially for managers and other leaders, the subject just doesn't interest me. Thanks for the review.

A fictional story that tackles practical solutions to which a business can adapt to change. This will be a great resource for those looking for books related to management. Since this is a specialized book, I don’t think I might enjoy it.

It was an out of the box idea for the author of consumate communicator to fictionalized an other non-fiction books. Applauds to the author. This is a rare gem.

The Consummate Communicator is an amazing read. I love the fact that the lessons of changing the mind-set of one's employees or an organization are told as a story. This tactic keeps the reader engaged from the beginning of the book to the very end.

The book highlights the fact that in order for change to occur within an organization, all employees must be on board. In other words, their input is vital and they must be made to feel as though they are part of the change. This is the only way that they will accept and support such change.

I also like the fact that this book is very well edited and it is not too long. It can be read in a day or two. I recommend it to anyone who may find himself tasked with making changes to a work place or an institution.

The book has a very different turn of events. Its aim was on the adamant human behavior. Where the senior management resisted strongly to change. Its a very inspired story.
