Circumference of Darkness by Jack Henderson. NEED ANSWERS!

I bought Circumference of Darkness by Jack Henderson from the clearance section of HPB today and found out that it was an Advance Reading Copy, I've already done my research on that.
But a few minutes ago I was doing some research on the book, and on his website he had links to Amazon where you can buy his books. Circumference of Darkness was listed "One Used for $86.96" But on the back of my ARC copy it shows that the book costs $23.00? I am very confused...is it worth a lot of money now for some reason? Or is the person on Amazon a total nut? (P.s. I scored it for one dollar!!!!!!)
