At first I thought oh no! another book about werewolves! However, this opinion rapidly changed. I enjoyed the story of Elena's attempt to live a "normal" life. She is desperate to stay away from her Pack but is forced to return to her old life style. I found the character of Clayton Danvers fascinating. He sounds like one heck of a hunk! Originally I believed this was just going to be about the return of Elena but the introduction of the murder of other Pack members made it ten times more interesting. The one downside I disliked (as a romantic) was Elena's initial refusals to get back with Clayton. On the whole though I really recommend this book to all supernatural genre lovers!

I suggest buying it online from the book depository cheap and free delivery!

I've read most of this series and it hooked me in. Kelley Armstrong definitely writes an appealing, strong female lead.
