Just finished Pillars of the Earth and World Without End by Ken Follett. I loved both books. Wondering if anyone can recommend any books similar that allow me to fall in love with the characters, families, and culture in the book. I usually listen to the audiobooks while commuting and running. I only have 25 minutes left of World Without End - so I need something ASAP!

I have planted the same seed in two other posts. I am stuck in the same boat, for the same reasons you loved the books, and many more. I came to find out shortly after reading the sequel that my last name translates to 'church builder' in Ukrainian. I was thrilled!
