Looking for a good read

Post by Ponyboy Curtis »

I've recently started reading a lot. Mostly just books that I have already.... My favorite book is "The Outsiders" by S.E Hinton (hence my name). But I'm really starting to enjoy non fiction novels. I just finished reading the famous book "Helter Skelter" by prosecutor Vince Bugliosi and I loved it. Since then I've just started to read "Into The Wild" by Jon Krakauer which so far seems good even though I'm still at the beginning.

I'm going away for a week on the 18th to the cottage so I was hoping someone could recommend me some good non fiction books to read while I'm up there. I think by the couple of titles I mentioned you should get a general idea of the kind of books I like.

Thanks in advance =D

Other books I enjoyed:
The whole Harry Potter series (pathetic?)
Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger
The Hobbit by J.R. Tolkein

But I'm more so looking for a good non fiction one rather than fantasy

you want to try some true crime books one of my favorites is House Of Secrets by Lowell Cauffiel, or look for books by Anne Rule. Also you want to think about picking up a book about celtic mythology where JK Rowling and Tolkein pulled from

best nonfiction book in my life so far was the Jackal of Nar sereis by John Marco. it's a story of war, love, loyalty, and so much more. it's decently long but every page of the series is worth it. You've started off with a good selection. love Holden myself.
