Official Review: "Treasures of Cain"
The Treasures of Cain, written by R.T. Morley is one of the wonderful books filled with adventures. The story is based on a sighting of a strange giant creature that was about eight feet rumoured to be existing in the earth to help stop corruption.
The story sets in the Himalayan region where Dr Pond who is a renowned scientist, lecturer, philanthropist, and adventurer sets to explore for some hidden secrets. Dr Pond and his assistant John have signed for an assignment to research about any sightings of the legendary yeti and to report back any evidence that supports the myth that has been talked about for many years.
The adventure begins when both discover a strange cave and they try to infiltrate the place where they hear something like a growling noise and they try to escape with some of the artefacts that were present in the cave. Both of them encounter with a demeanour that was in a determination of destroying both him and his assistant.
When Dr Pond consults Mickey to join the dots and decode what is inscribed in the artefact, several truths get unfolded. They understand the plates are meant to be preserved and there was a valuable reason for the giant to live outside the society and preserving the closely guarded secret. The translation from the plates reveals many great truths that have been hidden from the world. These writings would help defeat evil and bring the world back from the brink of destruction. They realise the plate is a book and two more such books need to be combined to know about how evil can be eradicated.
I loved the way the author has penned the entire story. The chapters are properly structured, and every page in the book is filled with rich events that keep the reader enjoy every bit of visualisation on his mind.
The writing style is lucid and easy to understand. The book is professionally-edited, and I did not find any spelling or grammar errors. There is no profane language found in the book and hence this book is suitable for all types of readers. There is nothing that I dislike in this book, the book was exceptionally flawless, and I enjoyed every bit of it. I would honestly rate this book with 4 out of 4 stars and would recommend this book to young adults and adults who would enjoy the fictional novel filled with visualisations.
