Matthew St. James meets a young woman named Nadine at a bar. He falls in love with her and believes they will be together forever if one obstacle is removed from their lives. But is hope just enough?

Matthew St. James finds himself in a strange dilemma. He has a record contract, the dream of every musician, but he isn't entirely happy about it. The Last Siren by E. E. Sample tells the story of love, faith, and hope, albeit one lost.

I do not have enough words to describe the effects The Last Siren had on me. It was a book that touched me on a deep emotional level. I couldn't write the review immediately after reading because I had to get my wits together. The book made me cry. Sample put his heart into writing the book, and it reflected in my feelings while reading. I felt every strong emotion of the portrayed characters, and the book's ending was what got to me the most.

The Last Siren had me captivated from its beginning. There were so many factors that made the book enthralling. One of them was the detailed descriptions given in the book. These descriptions and the author's presentation added life to the book. It felt like I was watching the story play out in real life. Even at the point where Darla called to give Matt the news about Nardine, I paused, dropped the book, and took a deep breath before reading the following lines. That was how deeply I connected with the story.

Another factor that made the book enjoyable was the suspense. Following the narrative, I could see how the tension developed until it reached a climax at the end of the story. Although early in the read, there was no form of suspense; it didn't dampen how I felt about the book from the onset, though. The book started on an interesting note; the lack of suspense in the early parts of the book almost went unnoticed.

I should also commend the editors for doing a good job with the book's proofreading, as I only noticed minimal errors in the latter parts of the book.

On this note, I'd rate the book 4 out of 4 stars, as it was a fantastic read, and I had no issues with it. If emotional books are your thing, I would recommend this book to you. However, the book isn't suitable for younger audiences, as it contained many profane words and a couple of sex scenes.

You wrote a heartfelt review.
I don't often read romance novels, but I might give this a try.
Maybe those who deeply fell inlove can easily connect with the characters.

It's truly inspirational to witness, the impact of a heartfelt book, and its ability to move a person reading it miles away into tears. The interesting beginning, visualizable details, and the element of suspense with a strong climax seem to be vital components in turning "The Last Siren" into a bestseller. Congratulation's on writing such an amazing review, I enjoyed reading it very much.
