Have you ever read the beginning of a book so many times that you give up on it? I keep trying to read 'A Cold Heart' by Jonathan Kellerman, but I've restarted it so many times I kind of just want to let it go. Is it worth giving it one last try or should I just pick up a new book?

I thought i was the only who couldnt get through the first chapter of this book" a cold heart", the plot seems to lack a flow.but let me try reading it one more time too.

I read a lot of reviews saying it switches from 1st person to 3rd person a lot, don't know how I feel about that. Most reviews are 2-3 stars on the websites I've seen, but if you end up reading it and recommending I do so as well, than I just might.
