If you are seeking a book that offers adventure, history, and a tale of life experience, this book may be the right for you! This book was an adventure. I enjoyed how the author takes you on a journey of both past and present melding the two together. The character development is extraordinary. I felt like I knew the characters in this book personally. Charlie Sheldon, in the book Strong Heart, did a magnificent job of setting the stage for family turmoil and how this was navigated. I enjoyed the perspectives of the different characters in the book. I also enjoyed learning the history of the people in the book and how this felt like a book that really honed in on present day issues. I really enjoyed the book and did not feel there were any negative aspects of the book, other than I didn't want to put it down. This book was a good book and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I give this book a 4 out of 4. It is both well written and it was a pleasurable reading experience.
