Traveling all over the world is a very interesting hobby. People travel to new places yearly for vacations, business trips, or even pilgrimage purposes. New places come with new information, new cultures, and new experiences. Alternatively, traveling the world is a great way to escape the harsh realities of life. One gets to experience life in a new way that they could have never had.

A man’s life is condensed into a couple of things: educating and enjoying himself in his youth, getting married, having a family, having a successful career, and getting enough money to support the aforementioned family. A group of four closely knit friends has successfully got this covered. However, when the roles of a man in that given time get a little muddled, the four men fall back on an established ritual of week-long trips. These trips involve a lot of deadly escapades to New Zealand, Fiji, and Japan. This annual ritual acts as a glue holding the men together during the happiest and most difficult moments of their lives. As an added advantage, they get to prove who is the bravest of them all.

As a man in the twenty-first century, I fell in love with this rendition of Man Mission by Eytan Uliel. I could easily relate to the men in the story. The book is creatively and descriptively written. Each scene is expertly written such that I reckon every man could put himself in their shoes and not change a single notion in the story. The book is written in the first-person point of view, this method gives the reader an extensive and unadulterated view of the main character’s thoughts. The language in the book is simple and easy to understand. The use of real places and maps gives the book an authentic feel. In addition to this, the author uses a technique of switching timelines, this gives the reader a wider scope of the lives of these four men.

I could not find any negative aspect in Man Mission. The book is an interesting way to get loose and get educated on how a man’s life can be intriguing. The book contains a couple of profane words, which may not be appropriate for the faint-hearted. The book appears to be exceptionally well-edited, as I could not find any errors in the book. I am ecstatic to award this book four out of four stars for the above reasons.

This book is suitable for a mature audience of teens and adults. This is due to the presence of profane words. The book is very suitable for young men who are striking out into the world. Man Mission is the best way to wind down a busy day.
