One day, the narrator wanted someone who could accompany him to a "Food Fair." His other two friends, Alec and Daniel, were still having a hangover from excessive drinking the previous night, so they couldn't. Sam Norseman, a total stranger, offered to go, but the narrator was quite hesitant about it. However, he accepted. Together, they tasted various foods, moved from stall to stall, and did many other fun activities at the fair. As simple as that, a friendship was kindled, and Sam was added to the trio of friends.

Three years later, they suggested that they should begin enacting an idea the narrator had come up with several years prior. The author had dreamt about going on an annual excursion and having a wild adventure ride. They agreed on it and soon, they were touring various places and having fun, something they called a "Man Mission." Read more about these fun-loving men in Man Mission by Eytan Uliel.

The very first thing that struck me was how fast Sam agreed to go with a stranger to a fair. It seemed there were some missing bits here. For example, did the narrator personally go to him and ask him out? Or did he (Sam) overhear him asking his two drunk friends if they would go? Or was it the narrator's friends that drew him in? Furthermore, we aren't told who Sam is. It's just crazy that a total stranger can approach you and agree to something they totally have no knowledge about. However, this sparked my interest to read further because I wanted to know who exactly Sam was and get a hint on how possible it was for him to strike a rapport so quickly with the narrator.

Apart from the uncertainty about Sam that I have stated in the previous paragraph, I don't think I have any other things to criticize about the book. I generally enjoyed the book, and I loved following as these four friends went about their activities and had fun together. I enjoyed how they dealt with the problems they faced and how they stood up for each other in everything they did.

Because of its adventure-packed stories, I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars. Furthermore, I immensely enjoyed the book. There's only a slight criticism I had, but I don't think it has so much weight to make me deduct any star. There are no other negative comments about the book. The book has also been perfectly edited and there are no errors. I recommend the book to readers who love adventure or travel books.

Your review is adequate, I read it recently, and I love it. I think Sam just got excited about the idea when he heard the protagonist talk to his two friends. Both have many things in common and quickly agreed to make the trip happen. The narrator thought that no one would be encouraged, even he felt ridiculous mentioning the trip. Maybe the intention is to make us see that we can easily find someone who is encouraged to do something unthinkable.
