Review of JTs World
JTs World written by E. Alan Fleischauer, is the last Western series of the Jhon Thurgood Thomas saga; it consists of compelling adventure, suspense, and romance. It gives closure to the main protagonist, JT Thomas. JT Thomas opens an amusement park, but the following events lead him on an adventurous and dangerous journey. As the situation progresses JT rescues the day.
On the opening day of his new amusement park, JT Thomas finds an employee murdered, and the subsequent deaths of two of his employees took a toll on him. Madeline his adoptive daughter, advises him to take a vacation. He follows her suggestion, and the following event was a thunderous adventure; he drinks the finest liquor, rescues a lady, and solves her problems. He kills the one who threatened his safety. The gun fights are exciting. Something always happens that one would have not thought of. His love for his late lover. His love wound, and how he copes with it. The background of the side characters, especially Chip, and how other characters are woven around JT Thomas is lovely. The Gibbon Twins and the event following them made the story more suspenseful. In a way, JT Thomas was led around by fate, from one thing to another, and finally, he meets his fateful partner Jessica. Their romance added more depth to the story. Zamora, the main villain, and his part in the story's ending added a better closure. With suspense around every corner, gun fights and background stories make it a complete package.
The climax of the JT Thomas saga is excellent; it has suspense, mystery, action, and romance. The plot never deviates from its ultimate aim of closure. It drives every character to a better ending. The writing is engaging and full of details. The language was simple to grasp. This book contains a lot of information for someone who has not read the first four books, making it an easier read. There are no grammatical mistakes, indicating that the book has been well-edited. The format was simple to understand.
I don't have any negative remarks about the book; the old-time western cowboy story has grasped my heart. There were many lessons to be learned from this book, especially how lucky we are to be able to live in the modern age. Even though the story was filled with violence and murder, it is acceptable, as those times needed special measures.
I would give this book 4 out of 4 stars because the plot far exceeded my expectations, and the characters were well developed and related to real life. The ending is the best, and there were no plot holes. This book is well edited and there were not many grammatical errors.
I recommend JTs World to a mature audience who would like gun fighting, true love, and a speedy ride.
